About
Breakthrough Missions Ltd (“Breakthrough”) is a non-profit
Christian Halfway House, centred on the Gospel and Christian faith, with the
aim of helping drug addicts rehabilitate not relying on medication nor by their
own strength but by trusting solely in the Lord Jesus Christ.
Brother Simon Neo, was caught in the sea of drugs in his
early years. 1 January 1977, was a turning point in his life where he relied on
the Lord Jesus to get rid of drug addiction in a Christian Gospel-based drug
rehabilitation centre. In 1981 he formed a Breakthrough Fellowship with a group
of ex-drug addicts who had experienced similar breakthrough in the Lord.
Together they started praying earnestly asking God to raise up a Gospel
rehabilitation ministry.
The prayer was answered by God, and Breakthrough Missions
Ltd was founded in 1 July 1983.
That all drug addicts turn to God, break the bondage of evil and drugs, through God’s Word and His mighty power, and become God’s disciples bringing the good tidings of His grace on salvation to drug addicts all over the world.
“So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.” John 8:36
