On 1 Jan 2020, Breakthrough Missions and the other halfway houses signed another 2-year MOU on the "Halfway House Service Model" with the Singapore Prison Service.

A total of 31 Breakthrough staff and former staff received certificates;
A landscaping corner has been turned into farmland during the Circuit Breaker. Kali, water spinach, Chinese cabbage, sweet potato leaves, amaranth and passion fruit are grown by our Breakthrough brothers.
